March 2011 Update by Toledo Photographer Kurt Nielsen

Ok, now that my That's Me! Portrait contest is over, it is time to start blogging again!

March was still slow for me as far as actual studio photography goes, but I was extremely busy with other things and the Portrait Contest.  I spent a lot of time getting the prizes and setting up everything, sending out the press releases and updating my website.  I also went to Westfield Franklin Park for the Junior League of Toledo's Formal-ly Yours event.

I went to a birthday party,

and everyone had a great time with Kurt's Kustom Keepsakes green screen photo booth!

I had to go to court, again!

We took Kurt's Kustom Keepsakes to the American Heart Association's Glass City Heart Ball!

I spent some time visiting some friends at their houses.

I saw my first Purim Spiel.  It was titled Thriller Magiller.

Everyone had a blast with Kurt's Kustom Keepsakes at the Purim Carnival at Congregation B'nai Israel, and a lot of money was raised for cancer research!

I also went to Mollie's bat Mitzvah at Temple Congregation Shomer Emunim.

What a night that was for Kurt's Kustom Keepsakes!

And of course, we had a few other photo sessions.

I even had one of my seniors come back for more senior pictures.

So, as you can see, Kurt Nielsen Photography was extremely busy in March!
